Twelve years of infrastructure
SEAPE is a consultancy specialising in civil infrastructure. We work from 1/2000 zoning plans and 1/500 detailed plans through basic design, construction design and design review – for residential, civic and industrial areas, roads, bridges and riverside works.
Every package is built in Civil 3D on the VN-2000 coordinate system, with a GIS database for planning and BIM models where the project requires them.

Founded · first BIM project
3 October 2014 – SEAPE Viet Nam Construction Consultation Co., Ltd., Ho Chi Minh City. The same year, infrastructure BIM on the Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area, Hanoi.

Large-scale industrial park
Ascendas-Protrade Singapore Industrial Park, 148.62 ha – infrastructure design.

The grey stroke
A split and an independent path forward – the grey stroke in the logo's letter A marks this milestone.

Planning + GIS · trunk infrastructure BIM
GIS databases with 1/500 detailed plans; trunk infrastructure BIM for the Vam Co Dong urban area (Waterpoint).

Central Square and City Administrative Centre – infrastructure, pedestrian bridges, embankments and ground improvement.
Recognised in competitions
An Hao Bridge and Roundabout Junction
Second and Third Prizes in the An Hao Bridge architectural design competition (Sonadezi, 2015).
Binh Quoi – Thanh Da Peninsula
Certified by the HCMC Department of Planning and Architecture as a Round 2 participant (CPG – SEAPE consortium, 2024).
